Visual Inspections
Detailed visual inspections of your property, both inside and out, to identify potential issues early on. I provide photos to keep you informed.
Hvac & System Checks
Regular checks of your HVAC system to ensure it's running efficiently and prevent costly repairs. I also monitor electrical systems for any signs of trouble.
Plumbing & Appliance Monitoring
I monitor plumbing and appliances to prevent leaks, ensure proper function, and avoid water damage. I'll also flush toilets to keep water in them and prevent issues.
Storm Damage Assessment
Post-storm inspections to check for leaks and damage. I will inform you of any problems so you can contact your insurance. I have a moisture meter which is helpful to detect problem areas and hopefully avoid potential mold.
